What is Phantom?

Phantom is a managed Discord bot platform. You don't host it; you just add it to your server and configure it from the dashboard. All the heavy lifting — moderation, security, scheduled jobs, AI ticket replies — runs on Phantom's infrastructure and stays fast as your community grows.

Early access — everything's free

Phantom is currently in early access. While we're in this phase, every feature is completely free to use, including the AI ticket helper and custom branding. Launch pricing for the premium features is still being decided — when it lands, we'll announce it clearly on this site, on the dashboard, and in our Discord. Early-access users will get plenty of notice.

Who uses these docs?

These docs are written for server administrators and moderators — the people clicking around the dashboard, running slash commands, and answering "why did Phantom do that?" in mod chat. Most pages stay practical: do this, then this.
