Currently in early access
Phantom is in early access. Every feature — including the AI ticket helper (Auto-Assist) and Custom Branding — is completely free to use during this period. No premium subscription to buy, no per-server fee, no per-member fee, nothing to top up.
Launch pricing for the premium features is still being decided. We'll announce it clearly on this docs site, the dashboard, and our Discord before anything changes — early-access users will have plenty of notice.
What's free during early access
Everything. There is no module, feature, or capability that costs money today.
That covers:
- All moderation tools — cases, warnings, the full
/pmodcommand set, cross-server fan-out. - The complete automod module — all 8 categories, unlimited rules within the system limits.
- The complete security suite — all 13 features including verification, anti-raid, anti-nuke, server scanner, server backup, lockdown.
- The full tickets module with the AI co-worker (Auto-Assist).
- Custom Branding — run Phantom under your own bot token.
- Cross-Server Sync — share rules across a network.
- Levelling, Economy, Casino, Giveaways, Polls, Suggestions, Reviews, Trivia, Counting.
- All community tools — welcome, reaction roles, join roles, role persistence, temp roles, temp channels, channel stats, invites, scheduled messages.
- Streamer Alerts, Partnerships, FiveM, Server Templates.
- Custom Commands, Embed Builder, Interactive Panels.
- The web dashboard, the audit logs, the team-roles permission system.
If you can find it on the dashboard, you can use it without paying.
What will be paid post-early-access
Two features are expected to become paid (or pay-as-you-go) when launch pricing is announced:
- Auto-Assist — the AI co-worker that auto-replies to ticket messages. This will likely move to a usage-based billing model.
- Custom Branding — running Phantom under your own bot token. White-label features tend to land in a paid tier across the industry; we'll likely follow the same pattern.
Both will remain available; the change will be that you'll be billed for them. Everything else stays free.
We may also introduce optional premium tiers in future for things like higher limits, advanced analytics, or enterprise features. The core moderation / security / engagement modules will always have a generous free tier.
How you'll find out about pricing
When launch pricing is finalised:
- The dashboard surfaces a banner above every page until you acknowledge it.
- This page (
/getting-started/premium) is updated with the full pricing details. - An announcement is posted in the official Phantom Discord.
- Servers using Auto-Assist or Custom Branding get a per-server DM-style email-equivalent in the dashboard.
You won't suddenly get billed without notice. The pricing model is being designed around fair, transparent, and predictable costs.
Refunds & fair use
When pricing lands, the refund and fair-use policy will be published here. Until then, there's nothing to refund — everything is free.
Feedback
We're shaping early-access feedback into the launch pricing decision. If you have strong opinions on what should be free vs paid, what's worth paying for vs what isn't, or how the pricing should be structured — drop it in #feedback in our Discord. Early adopters get a direct say.
