Introduction
Phantom is a Discord bot platform built around one idea: one bot, one dashboard, every module you'd otherwise need 5–10 different bots for. Moderation, automod, security, tickets, levelling, economy, casino, partnerships, giveaways, polls, server templates, FiveM integration, streamer alerts — it all lives behind one configuration surface.
Phantom is currently in early access — every feature is free to use while we're in this phase, including the modules that will become paid at launch (see Pricing & early access).
What's in the box
A non-exhaustive list of what Phantom can do today:
- Moderation — cases, warnings, kick/ban/timeout/warn with a threshold ladder that auto-escalates repeat offenders; bulk-delete (purge) with 16 different filters; cross-server moderation sync.
- Automod — 8 categories: keyword filters (literal + regex), link/invite blocking, mention flood caps, text-style rules (CAPS, zalgo, emoji spam), attachment filters, content-aware spam detection, per-channel rate limiting, and a new-account join gate.
- Security — anti-raid, anti-nuke, anti-scam (vision-model image scanning), verification (button / captcha / reaction / DM code), composable firewall, quarantine, server backups, server scanner, audit log, lockdown, honeypot, permission watch, and a blacklist.
- Tickets — panels, types (with custom modal forms), auto-close, transcripts, claim/assign workflow, canned responses, priority + SLA tracking, member feedback ratings — optionally backed by an AI co-worker that handles routine questions automatically.
- Levelling — XP per message and per voice minute, level role rewards, leaderboards, configurable curve.
- Economy — wallet, daily claims, peer transfers, optional tax.
- Casino — blackjack, slots, roulette with configurable house edge and bet limits. Wired to the economy.
- Engagement — giveaways, polls, suggestions, reviews, trivia, counting channels.
- Community — welcome/leave (text + dynamic image cards), reaction roles, join roles, role persistence, temp roles, temp voice channels, channel stats, invite tracking, scheduled messages.
- Integrations — Twitch / YouTube / Kick / TikTok streamer alerts, FiveM server integration, partnerships, server templates.
- Custom Branding — white-label Phantom under your own bot token.
- Builders — interactive panels, custom commands, embed builder.
- Team Roles — fine-grained, per-Discord-role permission system replacing the old "admin/mod role" picker.
If a feature you want isn't covered, ask in our Discord — many of the modules above started as community requests.
Why one bot instead of many
Three reasons people switch from a 6-bot stack to Phantom:
- Configuration in one place. No more remembering which bot owns automod, which one owns tickets, and which one keeps timing out the moment Discord rate-limits. Everything is on one dashboard.
- Modules talk to each other. Level rewards can grant Discord roles; the casino reads your economy balance; automod hits open mod cases; tickets feed an AI knowledge base; cross-server-sync propagates rules across your network. None of that works when each module is a separate bot.
- One place to look when something breaks. The Error Log page surfaces user-actionable problems ("Phantom can't send in #welcome — missing permission") with the exact fix.
You don't host Phantom
Phantom is a managed service. You add it to your server, click around the dashboard, and that's it. The bot runs on Phantom's infrastructure, scales with your community, and stays up. You'll never need to think about hosting, gateway intents, or rate-limit handling — we do.
